Ashiyana is an experienced Independent Prescriber providing ADHD medication to clients with a confirmed diagnosis of ADHD, who meet clinical inclusion criteria and are aged 16 years and above.

• Independent Prescriber with V300 Certificate
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Over 10 years experience as a clinical pharmacist
• Over 2 years experience working full time solely in ADHD and mental health
• Worked as an ADHD clinical lead seeing hundreds of patients
• Supervising and leading Clinicians as an ADHD specialist
• Able to apply expert knowledge in ADHD treatment to help provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to clients, making a positive difference to their lives

• Neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD
• Psychopharmacological management and treatment of ADHD
• Creating shared-care protocols with GPs for continued medication
• Leading and managing a team of ADHD clinicians
• Liaising with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Providing information and advice in relation to complex cases
• Providing advice on safe use of medicines

• Advanced ADHD Practitioner – CPD Certified, 2022
• Non Medical Prescribing (V300, Level 7) – University of Salford, 2019
• Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) – Liverpool John Moores University, 2013

• Ashiyana works with ages 16 years old and above
• Remote sessions only
• Available for clients diagnosed by a Psychologist within Malvern Hills Private Practice and from Psychologists registered on our Partnership Program
• Cost is £295 for the initial Medication Review Session (50 mins)
• Follow ups £147.50 for 25-30 mins
