Therapy Rooms to Rent

Newly Painted and Furnished Therapy Rooms to Rent by the Hour

Malvern Hills Private Practice occupies the whole first floor above Malvern Hills Dental Care, with direct access from a secure side door. We have four beautiful therapy rooms, all newly painted and furnished.

We are offering the opportunity to rent space in one of our rooms. They are available for 1:1 type therapy such as nutrition/ coaching/ acupuncture or massage.

We welcome practitioners who are just starting out in business or have an established business. 

 

We are offering rooms to be rented by reserving a 4 hour block each week. For example, 9 – 1pm, 1.15 to 5.15 or 5.30 to 9.30.

 

  • Each room is freshly painted and newly furnished with three to five comfy chairs, a table or floor lamp, artwork on the walls and a cupboard for therapists to store their equipment.
  • The rooms have their own Wi-Fi as it is essential for our service to have a good internet connection.
  • Each therapist will have a store cupboard in their assigned room.
  • There is a toilet on the same floor as the therapy rooms.
  • There is a small waiting room with three 3 seats at the top of the stairs and a large waiting room downstairs in the dentist which can be used.
  • The upstairs can be accessible by a private side door or through the main dentist.
  • There is a car parking on the road outside.
  • Malvern Link train station (with connections to Birmingham and London) is within one minutes’ walk.
  • The lease is flexible asking for just one months notice (should you no longer need the space).

Advanced Blocks

 

Booking a 4 hour Advanced Block means a specified room (at a specified day and time each week) is booked for that Practitioner. This is paid for at the start of the month.

All Advanced Blocks need to be paid for in advance on the 1st day of the month. This payment is initially by direct debit. A 4 hour advanced block is £7 an hour.

 

Additional 1 hour sessions can also be booked at the cost of £10 an hour.
